Metallic Oxide Lightning Arrester

Metallic oxide lightning arrester (hereinafter referred as LA) is used for the protection of power system from damage of overvoltage. The internal adopts metallic oxide resistance cards as main component. Metallic oxide resistance cards has excellent nonlinearity volt-ampere and steepwave response features.Under nominal voltage, the lightning arrest presents high resistance state, only hundreds of microamp shows up. When there’s atmospheric overvoltage or operation overvoltage, lightning arrestor presents low resistance state. Under the regulated range of overvoltage, avoid the overvoltage damage between the shunt electric equipments.
